Here's what you need to know about delivery methods, timeframes and further shipping information.

  • Dispatch and delivery options

    All online orders require a minimum spend of AUD $25 (inclusive of GST).

    For In-stock items, we’ll dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days. If it’s taking longer than 4 business days, we’ll reach out to let you know.

    For pre-order items, estimated arrival time from overseas (4-6 weeks) is shown in description when you order.  We’ll dispatch orders within 3 to 5 business days after the items arrive Melbourne warehouse.  If it’s taking longer than 4 business days, we’ll reach out to let you know.

    • Once orders are placed, they are not able to be amended or cancelled.
    • Shipping times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times during peak periods , due to wild weather, or due to other postal service delivery issues that are unforeseen or unavoidable events beyond Dear Naomi’s reasonable control.
    • Online orders are processed and shipped from Melbourne, Victoria and so we follow any Victorian Public Holidays.

     

  • Pick Up Points in Melbourne

    Self-Pick up is available in Melbourne, Australia.  There are four pick up points working with Dear Naomi and welcome our customers to collect orders from them.  Please kindly check the opening hours of all 4 pick up points before your pick up schedule.  Â
